PW Birthday Offering and PW Summer Gathering
Home of July Fox, Wednesday, August 4, 1:30 p.m.

Presbyterian Women seek to be helpful to at-risk children and families, locally, nationally, and internationally with their gifts of money and supplies.

The PW Birthday Offering coffee which is sometimes held in June will be held Wednesday, August 4 at 2:00 pm at the home of Judy Fox.

Women are asked to bring a monetary gift to support the offering for at-risk children in Iraq and Louisville, KY.

In addition, please bring an Occupational Therapy toy such as a squeezy ball, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, etc. These will be distributed to local agencies serving at-risk children.

Guests are welcome. Talk to Debbie or Phyllis for more information.

Congregational Dinner  and Ministries Meetings
Wednesday, August 11, 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, August 11, is the date for the August congregational fellowship dinner and ministries meetings.  Dinner this month will be provided by the Stewardship and Property Ministry. A free will donation will be accepted. The meetings will convene at 6:30. 

Pictures of Servicemen Sought

If you have a military service person close to you, please provide a name, picture and military information  to be put up in the narthex as a reminder to pray for them. You can leave the picture and information in the Church Office.

Many, many thanks for all the donated jeans, time, snacks, and helping hands that made Vacation Bible School so successful. Special thanks to Pastor Scott for creating the Road to Emmaus. The VBS follow-up evaluation will be 7:00 on July 27th at Trinity Methodist Church. Any comments or questions can be brought to this meeting.

Join us in welcoming International Students attending BCC this fall. A congregational gathering will offer an evening of food, fellowship, and fun as we get acquainted with these students from around the world and make them feel welcome in our community.
