Shoppers found coffee and rolls, Holiday gifts, homemade baked goods, items to be raffled, Fair Trade items, snack treats, quilts and knitted shawls, craft items, religious gifts, and a variety of lunch offerings all in the same location, St. Rose auditorium, during the annual All Church Bazaar.
Church groups represented included Presbyterian Women, the Catholic Community, Daughters of Isabella, Prince of Peace Parish, King United Methodist Church, Dorcus Circle of Claflin, Congregational UCC, and First United Methodist Church. Other organizations having booths included RSVP, Thread Bender's Quilt Guild, and Kans for Kids.
Phyllis Bosley, representative from the Presbyterian Church and Chairman of the Bazaar Planning Committee, expressed thanks for the hard work and preparation of all of the groups who participated and to all of the people of the Great Bend community who patronized this year's Bazaar.
